FAQ's

Placing an order:

Once you place an order with RaRa Coffee you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you indicated at the time of the order. If you have not received this please check your junk and spam folders and if for some reason it has ended up there then add us to your list of safe senders, especially if you want to hear of any special offers we may have in the future! If for some strange reason it is not there either then just contact us through the form on our website and we will look into it for you.

 

Cancel an order:

If for some reason you have placed an order you no longer want please send us a quick email at contact@raracoffee.co.uk and include in the subject line of the email “Please Cancel My Order”. Please confirm in the email your order number, name and postage address and we will try our best to have the order cancelled for you and ensure your order is not dispatched and your money if refunded back to your account.

If you wish to cancel an order please do so promptly. If the order has already been dispatched by our warehouse then unfortunately we will not be able to cancel. Alternatively you can wait for it to be delivered and then send it back to us and we will be happy to process a full refund for you, so long as the item remains unopened and unused. Please see our returns policy.

 

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

If you have made an error in your shipping address please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to contact@raracoffee.co.uk using the email address associated with your order. Please also include your order number AND the correct address you wish the items to be delivered to.

If your order has already been shipped, and you have your tracking details we would also recommend you contact your courier to advise them of the address update if possible. We will try our best to make any updates to your address, however depending on the status of your shipment it may not be possible.

Can I change the items in my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders, we would love to be able to change this for you, however, this is not possible after the order has been submitted to our warehouse to be processed. If the order has not been processed we can cancel the order for you (please see above) and then you can continue to purchase the products you want instead.

 

Delivery costs and times

We aim to dispatch our coffee as efficiently as we can so you receive it fresh and fast! Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch orders on the same / next working day from receipt. Orders placed over the weekend or a bank holiday will be dispatched on the following working day.

Below is an indication of how quickly you could expect to receive your order. This is subject to third party courier processing which unfortunately we can’t control but we can try to look into if you are experiencing any unusual delays.

After placing an order with RaRa Coffee you will receive a confirmation order email and on dispatch of your order you will receive an email confirming the tracking number of your order which you can track directly with the courier to plan receipt of your order.

Please note to qualify for free delivery you must have spent £25 after any special offer / discount is applied.

 

Multiple Orders

It is wonderful you would like to order multiple products from us! If you want them all delivered at the same time and to reduce carbon footprints of delivery, please order all products in one order. This will ensure we process all your products in one go.
